Step 2:   Login

1.             If you have account then enter Username (as CNIC) and password. Click login

2.             If You not have an account yet?  Please Sign Up First. 

3.             Click on Sign Up

4.             Fill sign up form and click sign up.

5.             After Registered Successfully Then enter Username (as CNIC) and password. Click login

Step 3:   Fill the form using Following steps. 

1.             Read carefully Instructions

2.             Fill Personal Information required and click next after conform your information correct.

3.             Fill Qualification details one by one starting from matric onward. Complete all qualification. Click next

4.             Fill Professional Qualification / Trainings/ Diplomas details one by one if any. Click next

5.             Fill Language Proficiency details one by one if any. Click next

6.             Fill Employment Record and Experience details one by one if any. Click next

7.             Fill Foreign Visit details one by one if any. Click next

8.             Fill REFEREES details of at least two and no more than four referees. Click next

9.             Give detail of all research publications and presentations including names of Journals etc. (attach any supporting document) Only for Teaching POST (if any). Click next

10.          Give Details other information. (if any). Click next

11.          Upload required Documents. Click Update

12.          Review your form and recheck all information.

13.          Make sure you have correctly filled in all the bio-data information and viewed it through Print tab. Once you click confirm button you cannot change any information. Click Confirm

Step 4    Apply each Post one by one.

1.       Click Apply fill the form click Apply.

2.       You can see List of applied posts (Upload Paid Bank Fee Receipt) 

3.       Review your form and recheck all information again.

4.       Confirm Application

5.       Print Final Print application form.

Step 5     Submit the hard copy / print of the Online Application Form with attested copies of supporting documents, Paid bank fee receipt, receipt of NTS (where required) to Personnel Branch, Registrar Office GCWUF before the closing date and time.
